The story of Noah Cruise began in 2016, inspired by a Thai entrepreneur who was captivated by the charm of the Chao Phraya River. Recognizing that water has always been an integral part of Thai life, he envisioned a way to celebrate this deep-rooted connection.

The founder of Noah Cruise was not only passionate about the river’s beauty but also deeply connected to the culinary world, having grown up in a family that ran a restaurant business. With a dream to merge his affinity for food with his admiration for the Chao Phraya River, he imagined a voyage where exquisite cuisine dances with the river’s untamed beauty. At Meridian Cruise, this vision comes alive. Driven by a desire to present the essence of Thailand’s rich heritage to both locals and international visitors, he created Meridian Cruise—a luxurious floating restaurant where guests can savor authentic flavors while admiring Thailand’s most iconic riverside landmarks. This fusion of gastronomy and culture laid the foundation for a sensation that feels truly celestial.

 With a genuine enthusiasm for river cruises and a commitment to learning the intricacies of the Chao Phraya dinner cruise industry, the founder dedicated years to gaining hands-on experience. This journey led to the successful launch of "Meridian Cruise," a two-story floating restaurant, which made its grand debut on November 18, 2018—on the very night of his own wedding celebration. The design and ambiance of Meridian Cruise were inspired by his better half and muse. His aspired to create a space where guests would feel the same excitement and anticipation as they would when falling in love. And so, Meridian Cruise grew into something far beyond a meal, it emerged as a symbol of love, bringing out an atmosphere that is warm, intimate and deeply romantic
